PS5 Pro Enhanced Version Announced for Highly Anticipated Adventure Game

According to the PS Store listing, an eagerly awaited adventure game is set to launch with PS5 Pro enhancements. Split Fiction, the latest co-op experience from the acclaimed Hazelight Studios, is on track for release on March 6, 2025. Those with a PS5 Pro can look forward to a visually impressive journey in this split-screen adventure.

## Split Fiction: PS5 Pro Enhancement Details Yet to be Unveiled

There’s still some mystery around whether Split Fiction will support PS5 Pro features immediately or if they’ll arrive via a future update. Hazelight has not yet disclosed the specifics of these enhancements.

That said, Hazelight has a solid track record since its breakout hit, A Way Out, back in 2018. There’s every reason to expect Split Fiction will shine on the PS5 Pro.

Unveiled at The Game Awards 2024, Split Fiction places you in the shoes of Mio and Zoe, two writers who find themselves caught up in the worlds they’ve created. Expect to explore thrilling sci-fi and fantasy landscapes. As the official description teases, you’ll be “escaping a supernova-threatened sun, challenging a monkey to a dance-off, showing off hoverboard tricks, facing an evil cat, and much more.”

In line with Hazelight’s co-op tradition, Split Fiction will offer a Friend’s Pass, letting players invite friends to join the fun for free.
