Whether you’re an experienced hunter or a newcomer picking up the game for the first time, your support has been nothing short of extraordinary. Introducing the Enchanting Mizutsune

This mesmerizing creature, with its fluid, dance-like movements, is both a sight to behold and a formidable foe. Mizutsune brings with it the challenge of evading its bubbles that can incapacitate hunters. Gear up and prepare to face this returning beast in Monster Hunter Wilds.

There’s more: you’ll have the chance to craft dapper new armor sets for both you and your Palico. And brace yourselves for the eight-star Tempered Mizutsune. To embark on the hunt, head to Kanya at the Scarlet Forest Base Camp if you’re HR 21 or above.

Arch-Tempered Rey Dau Makes Its Entrance

Tempered monsters have been the apex threats in the game so far, but that changes with this update. Enter the Arch-tempered Rey Dau, an even mightier adversary challenging hunters at HR 50 or beyond. Don’t miss its arrival in the upcoming Event Quest on April 30.

Completing this quest allows you to craft the new Rey Dau γ (gamma) and Felyne Rey Dau γ (gamma) sets. Keep sharpening your skills; you’ll need them.

Returning Challenge: Zoh Shia

Zoh Shia is back with a vengeance in the High Rank zone with the Free Title Update 1. Hunters previously faced Zoh Shia only once in the storyline, but you’ll now be able to tackle it repeatedly. Upon reaching HR 50, a new mission unlocks, letting you engage with this beast again. Watch out for its rare appearances in the Wyvern’s Wakening at the Ruins of Wyveria.

Discover the Grand Hub

Meet your fellow hunters in the lively Grand Hub! This new social space offers camaraderie and unique activities. By day, it’s full of bustling activities, but at night, you might catch the Diva serenading the Hub with her melodic offerings.

Join in the fun with the new Barrel Bowling mini-game. Aim to score high and earn useful trophies and pendants from your hunting escapades. Barrel Vouchers, necessary for the game, are collectible through various means, including daily log-ins.

Savor delectable meals cooked by the Felynes and mingle with hunters at the communal table, all accessible at HR 16 by speaking with Tetsuzan in Suja.

The Squad Information Counter moves to The Grand Hub, simplifying squad management.

Conquer the Arena with Swift Precision

Arena Quests are back, challenging two hunters to complete tasks with set equipment in the quickest time possible. Compete against the world’s elite by checking your times on the Expedition Record Board.

Challenge Quests and Innovations

Venture into time-limited Event Quests, vying for exclusive pendants based on your skill and global ranking. While similar to Arena Quests, Challenge Quests support two hunters only, with predetermined gear. The novice-friendly Free Challenge Quests allow up to four hunters, offering flexibility in equipment.

Customize Alma’s Look

Express creativity by altering Alma’s outfit through the camp’s Appearance Menu. Completing specific missions also lets you tweak Alma’s glasses. Plus, enjoy a free new outfit for Alma on the house!

Exciting Downloadable Content Ahead

With the release of Free Title Update 1, snag a free outfit for Alma and iconic Monster Hunter series gestures at the PlayStation Store. Also, the paid Cosmetic DLC Pack 1 unfolds for those who purchased the Cosmetic DLC Pass, either via the Premium Deluxe Edition or separately.

Celebrate Blossomdance: Festival of Accord

From April 23 to May 7, dive into the Festival of Accord: Blossomdance at the Grand Hub. Themed decorations, special grub, and time-limited gear, gestures, and camp items are yours during this festive period.
