To join in, you need to add the game to your wishlist before May 9. Alternatively, the developers will be handing out thousands of beta codes over the weekend. So, while it’s open, you’ll need a bit of luck to actually get in – like peeking through a slightly open door.

Interestingly, this beta arrives just a few days before the game’s initial release date, which was originally set for May 15. The release got a little pushback, giving the Funcom team extra time to fine-tune everything and ensure a smooth launch.

During the beta, players can explore the first two regions and dive into about 20 hours of gameplay. This includes visiting Research Facilities, experimenting with early class abilities, and engaging in some player-versus-player action at ship crash sites—a solid sneak peek into what the game has to offer.
