Amazon Prime subscribers have a reason to celebrate this April as 23 PC games are up for grabs for free. Among the highlights, gamers will find Mafia 3: Definitive Edition and Minecraft Legends.
The process to claim these games is straightforward, as they are spread across various platforms such as Amazon Games, GOG Galaxy, and the Epic Games Store. Excitingly, fans can anticipate the arrival of Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain and Fashion Police Squad later this month.
On April 3, Amazon Prime Gaming rolled out the first set of games. Subscribers with linked Twitch and Prime accounts can immediately download five titles, including Mafia 3: Definitive Edition, Minecraft Legends, Paleo Pines, Clouds & Sheep 2, and Gravity Circuit.
Each game belongs to a certain launcher. A majority appear on the Amazon Games app, while others are accessible through GOG Galaxy, the Epic Games Store, or the Xbox app on Windows. Once claimed with an active Prime account, these titles remain available to play even if the subscription lapses at a later date. During March, users snagged games like Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Saints Row: The Third Remastered.
April offers an expanded lineup compared to March’s selection. Games like Gravity Circuit and Paleo Pines are available via Amazon Games, whereas Mafia 3: Definitive Edition can be redeemed on GOG. Similarly, both Xbox and PC players can enjoy Minecraft Legends without linking accounts, as redemption codes are provided.
Come April 10, expect additional titles like DreadOut 2 and Endless Space – Definitive Edition. These will be accessible mostly through the Amazon Games app, except for God’s Trigger via GOG and New York Mysteries through Legacy Games.
Mark your calendars for April 17, when a larger batch including Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain—an all-time favorite for vampire genre enthusiasts—becomes available. Other titles releasing that day include Berserk Boy and Gloomhaven.
Finally, on April 24, the last wave of the month brings games such as Kraken Academy!! and Thief Gold into the mix.
Throughout April, Amazon Luna users can also play selected cloud-based games like Bee Simulator at no extra cost. With such an array of offerings, there’s something for everybody to enjoy among Amazon Prime’s free offerings this month.
