Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark Set for March Release

PQube and Inti Creates have officially announced when Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark will be landing on the Nintendo Switch.

Dive into this gothic-inspired 2D action-adventure set in the tumultuous Demon Realm, where the lands are engulfed in an endless struggle for supremacy among Demon Lords. It’s a chaotic battleground where nocturnal clashes decide the fate of power.

The adventure kicks off with Kirikia and Masha, devoted maids serving the Demon Lord Maxim. They return home to find that their castle has been reduced to rubble by the rival Demon Lord Lyzenorg. With a resolve to bring their master back to his former greatness, their thrilling story of revenge and resurgence begins!

Here’s what you can expect from the game’s captivating features:

• *GalGun-vania Experience**: Step into a fully fleshed-out metroidvania world, brimming with endless combos and opportunities to discover as you make your way through the Demon Realm with two characters who grow stronger as you progress.

• Revive and Thrive: Locate and restore each of Maxim’s loyal servants to boost your stronghold, strengthening the Demon Lord’s castle. With every revival, you unlock new bonuses and aid crucial to your mission of vengeance.

• Sisterly Might: Our central heroines, Kirika and Masha, are sister maids with distinct combat styles. While Kirika wields destructive demonic guns, Masha handles close-combat foes with her trusty whip!

• Cooperative Play: Whether huddled on a couch or connected online, team up with a friend. Each player takes the reins of one sister, allowing for dynamic strategies to uncover secret areas or conquer challenging foes through teamwork.

• Loot and Craft: Defeat your enemies or unearth hidden chests to gain random loot like consumables, sub-weapons, and passive perks known as "Demon Relics." These treasures will equip you with powerful new skills essential for accessing untouched areas of the sprawling map.

• Pick Your ‘Style’: Sticking to its roots, the game offers the "Style" system which was a staple in its prequel. Whether you prefer "Casual," "Veteran," or "Legendary," you can swap styles on the fly, enjoying a consistent experience across all modes.
