A huge thank you goes out to our dedicated Insiders who played a key role testing this cutting-edge tool and providing invaluable feedback.

Now, what exactly is this Support Virtual Agent? It’s an AI tool crafted to streamline how you handle support-related snags on your Xbox. Starting today, it’s available for a select group of Xbox Insiders, and you can access it via support.xbox.com. This nifty assistant can tap into a wealth of information on gaming and console issues to give you fast and relevant solutions. If you’re an Insider in the US and your language is set to English, don’t miss out on previewing this feature today! Just log into an account registered with the Xbox Insider Program to get started.

Your input is essential to us because it helps shape and refine the features we offer. As you use the Support Virtual Agent, don’t forget you can rate its responses with a thumbs up or thumbs down — or even drop us more detailed feedback with the “Give feedback” button.

Ready to try it out? Here’s how you can jump in. Head over to the “Contact us” page on support.xbox.com, sign in using your Xbox Insider account, and you’ll see a brand-new option to fire your questions at our Virtual Agent.

Once you click on “Ask a question,” the Support Virtual Agent pops up in a fresh browser window. You can chat with the agent using text or voice, and it’ll pull up information to tackle your queries. If it doesn’t quite iron out the issue, don’t worry — you can always opt to chat with a live support agent during Xbox Support’s regular hours.

During this preview period, you can even tailor your experience a bit. By clicking on the ellipsis menu, you can choose between two different Support Virtual Agents to see which one suits you best.
