Almost a year has passed since Asgard’s Wrath 2 made its debut, and now it confronts the mischief of Loki in its final Cosmic Event. Since December, Sanzaru Games has been keeping the VR action RPG fresh with Cosmic Events, which are limited-time events presenting unique challenges known as Cosmic Objectives. From battling a vampiric outbreak to exploring the multiverse and resisting Surtur’s hordes, this latest event, “The Trickster’s Legacy,” brings you face-to-face with Loki once more.
In this climactic chapter, you’re tasked with mending distorted realities. Your missions include entering mysterious ‘?’ doors scattered throughout the Uncharted Rifts, navigating trap-filled rooms, tackling five divine trials in one Uncharted Rift adventure, and eliminating Loki Anomalies across the game world. Achieving these objectives rewards you with the Staff of the Trickster, replica Ma’at Stones, Loki’s iconic horned helmet, as well as emotes, badges, and titles.
Though this event marks the end of new additions, the Cosmic Events are not entirely closing their doors. Sanzaru Games has confirmed they’ll be replaying each Cosmic Event from the start with “Into the Multiverse,” giving players another chance to snag those exclusive, time-limited rewards.
On a different note, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is introducing a fresh outfit that stands apart from the time-restricted rewards of “The Trickster’s Legacy.” This new dinosaur-themed armor, accompanied by a matching stone blade weapon, is an exclusive treat for Meta Quest+ subscribers and hails from the island of Laramidia.
For those eager to dive in, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is currently available on the Meta Quest platform.
